NY Giants Draft Needs

With the draft about a week away lets take a look at the Giants needs in this draft:

LB-Despite signing Michael Boley(a great underrated addition, imo) the giants need another olb or a sam lb to compliment Boley and Pierce. Clark just doesn't cut it and theres a bunch of unproven talent to compete for that spot such as Bryan Kehl and Gerris Wilkinson. Drafting a rookie would also bring in more unproven talent but this years crop of LB seem like they could be good fits in the system the 2 USC kids would be great fits and James Laurinatis out of OSU could all be outstanding fits.

My Pick-James Laurinatis: OSU
Option 2-Brian Cushing: USC

Wr-As most of you are hearing we will land Braylon Edwards but at what cost? Regardless if he we land him or not WR is the most glaring need as we have alot of good posession WRs but not one who would demand the attention Braylon would. Look for the Giants to target Brian Robiske, Kenny Britt, Hakeem Nicks, Darius Hayward Bey to be drafted if we cant land Edwards.

My Pick-Hakeem Nicks: NC
Option 2-Kenny Britt: Rutgers

OT-Not really a glaring need but with our Oline getting up there in age its time to start looking at upgrading this spot.

DB-Our corner depth is fine after drafting Thomas last year. Saftey is a cause for concern after cutting Sammy Knight. Were left with only 3 look for Reese to target 1 in the later rounds

TE-I see everyone calling for a TE. Is it a need? Doubt it but it could never hurt to get a blocking compliment to Boss.

With ten picks I doubt the giants keep all of them as a few will be traded for Edwards or will be used to move up to grab someone in the 1st round
